What we do:
When people are looking for info about Journey, a place to connect, or wanting to join a team, we're the team that helps get them the answers they need. We are positioned at the Connections/Info counter at the end of the lobby so that we can meet the needs of our guests at Journey. Our goal is to help people connect with whomever or whatever they need.
What to expect / Time Involved:
We ask our teammates to serve one service, once a month. You will need to be in position 15 minutes before service and you’ll be provided all the necessary information for the day.
We will connect you with one of our teammates who will help train you in some of our connection processes. We'll also work to find a serving rotation that works with your schedule.
