One of the codes we live by around Journey Church is “We Love 731” — what that means for us is that we love our community. As you probably know by now, one of our neighboring communities has been hit very hard by recent flooding claiming dozens of lives, leaving homes uninhabitable and an entire community without running water. Our love for 731 is not limited to our area code! We want to rally our Journey family to show the love of Jesus to the people of Waverly! YOU CAN HELP in any one (or all three) of the following areas:

GIVE FUNDS. We’re working with dependable organizations around the community that are positioned to be able to put funds to immediate work in the community. You can help us provide relief by donating through one of our giving options: Online by using the link below (simply select HELP from the drop down), Text2Give by texting the word HELP followed by the amount you’d like to give to (731) 506-1010, or give by check in church noting HELP in the memo. 

GO. We’re compiling a list of people who are willing and anxious to put boots on the ground and help the community with everything from serving meals to moving tree limbs. We don’t know exactly what needs we can meet until we get a list of people who are willing to help. If you’re interested in going on a day trip to help, complete the form below and we'll be in touch. Whether you pray, bring, give or go, we want to do everything we can to love and serve our neighbors!
