THE MANGER PROJECT
Is your family ready to enter the "most wonderful time of the year"? Unfortunately for many of us, this can also be the most overwhelming time of the year. We want to invite your family to take a moment from the madness and intentionally set time aside to do an interactive family project that helps everyone focus on the manger (God coming to earth as a baby).
When you register for your take-it-to-go kits, you will receive all you need to build a life-size manager together, a 25 Days of Christmas storybook, and birthday party supplies to give Jesus a party!
Take pictures of your in-home event and tag JourneytheChurchKids on social media to help spread the Christmas cheer! Place your manger near your tree or outside for all to see and remember the true meaning of Christmas!
After Christmas, we suggest filling the manger with baby and mom items for the Dream Center in Jackson or another local need. Thus the manger becomes a gift basket, and a reminder that the heartbeat of Christ-mas is emptying ourselves for others!
